Hurricane Season In Atlantic
As per the reports from the forecasters, the Atlantic hurricane in the year 2010 will be more than just normal. There are about 15 storms and from these 15, about 8 can turn into hurricanes. In fact among these 8 hurricanes, there are chances that four can even turn out to be major ones. This means that they might be of the category 3 or at the higher end on the Saffir-Simpson scale. The category 3 storms can have the winds of up to 111 mile per hour. The probability, as per the forecast, of the major hurricane to come along the coastline is about 69% which is quite a considerable percentage. However, this forecast is just preliminary and this will be revised and again released on the 2nd of June and then again on the 4th of august.
